How It Works

1. Send photo + SKU

Place an order below with your product SKU and attach your product images.

2. We design your set

We design from your real product photos only — no AI-generated people, no stock scenes pretending to be your product — and check every file before delivery. We confirm your exact delivery date by email before we start — no guessing.

3. Get them by email

Finished images are compressed into a zip and emailed to you, named in upload order, with a one-page guide showing which image goes where — ready to list.

Every order includes: files named in upload order · a one-page "which file goes where" guide · one free bonus format (for example, a 9:16 TikTok version of your main image).

Try the Demo — see what a clean-up looks like

A quick taste for image sets. Packaging, labels and other print work aren't about sliders — they're file-based, so they use the checklist under the demo instead.

Click to choose an image, or drag & drop it here

Supports JPG / PNG / WebP. In this demo your image is processed locally in your browser and never uploaded.

Ordering packaging or labels? This checklist is your demo

Print buyers don't judge sliders — they judge files. Every packaging and label order is built and checked against this list before delivery:

✓ Print-ready PDF/X placed on your printer's dieline — we confirm the dieline version with you (or directly with your printer) before we start
✓ CMYK colours, correct bleed, fonts outlined
✓ Barcode placed clear of seams and folds, with a scan-check step before print
✓ A flat preview first — you approve the look before any print files are made
✓ Editable source files (packaged AI) included in every tier

Examples — find your situation

Sample sets are organised the way our customers actually work — not one generic gallery. Every example here will be a real client's own product photos: we never use AI-generated people or stock scenes as stand-ins, so this section grows as real sets are delivered.

For part-time sellers

You sell after your day job, in the evening, from your phone. A typical set: pure-white main image, a size chart in inches (or cm/kg), one lifestyle shot built from your own photos. Send 1–2 photos after dinner — the rest can be described in your own words, and the order form saves your answers on this device if you need to finish tomorrow.

For cafés & food trucks

Menus you can re-price yourself: a print-ready PDF for the counter, plus the editable Canva link on that tier — next month's price change takes you five minutes, no new order. Bilingual versions are priced once, up front.

For students & events

Posters for gigs, markets and fundraisers. Details still being confirmed? Order now and add the final lineup, date or QR code later — free. Your file is sized for Officeworks / Staples / VistaPrint, and the QR code is checked at print size so it actually scans.

For brands & packaging

Retail-ready labels and boxes: dieline confirmed first, barcode placed and scan-checked, flat preview approved before print files are made. Examples will cover the three looks we work in — minimal premium, shelf standout, and handmade.

For AU sellers

Metric sizes (cm/kg), Australian spelling, summer Christmas — no snow, no fireplaces, no US power points in scenes. AUD prices include GST, and Afterpay is available.

For growing stores (5+ SKUs)

Bundle sets with one file-naming system across every SKU, so you — or your assistant — can upload without guessing which file goes where. US + AU dual versions are included on bundles.

Delivery speed: choose when you order — Standard (free) or Priority (a guaranteed delivery date; for image sets +$25 / SKU, other services priced per service and always shown before you pay). After you order, we confirm your exact delivery date by email. The price agreed at order time is final — nothing is ever added afterwards.

First order? Your first SKU is the paid test — one set, full quality, no commitment. Payment is by PayPal: place your order below and we email you a PayPal invoice — pay by card or PayPal balance. Made-to-order services: 50% deposit to start, balance before final delivery.

Editable source files, in plain words: every order includes the finished, ready-to-use files. For Logo Kits and Packaging, the editable layered source files (AI/vector) are included in the price, so you can edit them yourself later. For image sets, A+ and ad packs they are an optional +$29 add-on — you don't need them to use your finished files. Font files can't be transferred (licensing) — we always provide the font names and links. Print work is delivered as print-ready PDF/X (CMYK, bleed, outlined fonts).

If Something's Not Right

We work by email, not live chat — so our guarantees are written down, in plain words, before you pay. And email doesn't mean slow: we reply within 12 hours, and our reply window covers US & Australian evenings (including Western Australia, AWST).

Wrong specs? Fixed free

If Amazon rejects an image or an A+ module over size, units or platform rules, we fix it and resubmit once, free — it doesn't use up a revision round.

Wrong direction? One free restart

After the first preview, if the direction isn't right, we redo it in a different direction once, free.

Missed a guaranteed date? Automatic refund

If a Priority order misses its guaranteed date, the Priority fee is refunded in full, plus 10% off your total. You don't have to ask.

Can't be done well? Full refund

If your material is too thin for a good result, we tell you straight and refund in full — we won't force a bad job out the door.

Print file problem? We sort it out

For menus, posters and packaging: if a problem with our file spoils a print run, we fix and re-send free — and we'll confirm the specs with your print shop by email.

And if none of that covers it

Revision rounds are included: 2 rounds (3 for A+ and Packaging) — one round is one combined feedback list sent within 5 days; extra rounds are $19. Still not happy? We refund the part that wasn't delivered. In writing, not hidden in fine print.

Place an Order

Not sure yet? You can start anyway. You don't need everything figured out — lock your slot now, leave anything you're unsure about blank, and send the details later. Adding details later is always free and never counts as a new order.

Your answers are saved on this device as you type — come back any time and pick up where you left off.

Attach your files to the email at the end — that's all we need to start.

Pick the date and we'll confirm your exact delivery date by email. Not sure yet? Leave it blank and tell us later — free.

For made-to-order services, please include in your notes: the exact text content, sizes, colours/style and any must-haves. Revisions adjust the delivered draft — they do not cover new text or content added later, so complete content upfront helps us deliver faster.

Submitting opens your email app with the order pre-filled — just attach your product images and press send. We reply within 12 hours — and our reply window covers US & Australian evenings.

FAQ

How do I pay?

By PayPal. Place your order and we email you a PayPal invoice for the exact amount — you can pay with a card or your PayPal balance. Standard image sets are paid in full upfront; made-to-order services are 50% deposit to start and 50% before final delivery.

When will I get my files?

We confirm your exact delivery date by email once your order is in — before we start work. Want that date guaranteed? Choose Priority when you order: if we miss a guaranteed date, the Priority fee is refunded in full plus 10% off your total, automatically.

How do I receive my images?

By email. We compress the finished set into a zip and send it to the email address in your order. Files are named in upload order, and every order includes a one-page guide showing which file goes where, plus one free bonus format.

What do I need to provide?

Your product images and the product SKU, plus any style notes in the order form.

How many revisions are included?

Made-to-order services include 2 revision rounds (3 rounds for A+ Content and Packaging). One round = one consolidated list of adjustments to the delivered draft, sent within 5 days. Extra rounds are $19 each. A new concept or new content is a new order, not a revision — but if the first preview's direction is wrong, one restart in a new direction is free.

How does ordering a made-to-order service work?

1) Place an order with your requirements and source files. 2) We confirm details, total price and your delivery date, and take a 50% deposit. 3) You receive a preview draft. 4) You send one consolidated feedback list per revision round. 5) Final files are emailed after the balance is paid.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

It's covered, in writing: spec problems (like an Amazon rejection) are fixed free and don't count as a revision; a wrong direction gets one free restart after the first preview; if we judge your material can't produce a good result, you get a full refund; and if none of that applies, we refund the part that wasn't delivered. See "If Something's Not Right" above for the full list.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund if we can't do the job well from your material. Full refund of the Priority fee plus 10% off the total if a guaranteed date is missed. Otherwise, a refund for any part of the order that wasn't delivered. Spec fixes and one direction restart are always free, as described above.

How fast do you reply?

We reply within 12 hours — and our reply window covers US & Australian evenings (including Western Australia, AWST), so a question sent after work doesn't sit overnight. Your exact delivery date is confirmed in that reply, before we start.

Can I order before everything is finalised?

Yes. Start anyway: lock your slot now and send the details later — photos, SKU lists, final text, your event date. Adding details later is always free and never counts as a new order. The order form also saves your answers on this device, so you can start tonight and finish tomorrow.

I don't have Brand Registry yet — can I still get A+?

A+ itself unlocks once a trademark application is filed — you can file with the USPTO (US) or IP Australia, or through Amazon IP Accelerator, then apply for Brand Registry with the application number. While that runs, start with a Full Image Set (no Brand Registry needed) and add A+ later. The order form checks this with you first, so you never pay for A+ you can't publish yet.

Where do I print my poster or menu?

Your file is delivered print-ready (PDF/X, CMYK, bleed, outlined fonts) for Officeworks, Staples or VistaPrint. One self-check before you upload: open the PDF at 100%, confirm the text is sharp and — if you have one — the QR code scans. Large posters are designed at size with that viewing distance in mind, so a lower DPI at full size is normal and correct. If a print shop flags a file problem that's ours, we fix and re-send free — and we'll confirm the specs with them by email if you loop us in.
